Where do I even begin? Make sure you’re comfortable as this may end up being a long review. Working with Michelle has been a truly transformative experience. Now, I know that is a bold thing to start off with, but what really sets Michelle apart is her ability to tailor the coaching approach to my specific needs and goals. Whether it is a speedier 5k, road marathon or a multi-day mountainous race, Michelle goes into everything with meticulous detail. She possesses an extensive knowledge of training methodologies, and sport science. Michelle is always able to break down the jargon and explain the ‘journey’ I am about to go on. Her feedback is always clear, concise, and accompanied by practical tips that I can implement immediately. What I really appreciate is that she is not just focused on the physical aspect of running. Michelle genuinely cares about my overall well-being, and, over time, I felt very comfortable opening up to her when life became a bit stressful, and I had to adjust my training programme. Achieving goals are important to me, but Michelle really helped me understand the importance of recovery.
